Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Purchasing materials and labour in line with project requirements
* Negotiating with new and existing suppliers
* Appointing sub-contractors
* Preparation of detailed budgets
* Production of key management reports
* Monitoring and reporting performance to the Director
Requirements:
* At least 10 years procurement experience with a main contractor
* Demonstrable experience of managing a team of Construction Buyers
* Strong awareness of procurement legislation
* Excellent negotiating skills
* Previous purchasing experience for large-scale projects
