Access Team & StructureThe Access team at Roche consists of, access partners, a pricing solutions experts, value-based healthcare, healthcare solutions colleagues. We operate as a fully functioning market access team locally, with all pricing & reimbursement capabilities onsite. The access partners are focused on access strategy across disease areas, and guide new products indications through the various milestones from pipeline to reimbursement. This includes early pipeline analysis, adapting cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submission and pricing strategy and negotiations. Our mission in access is “to get our medicine to patients as fast as possible" Placement within the Roche Access team offers the opportunity to gain exposure to a broad range of skills across Market Access and the wider affiliate.What you can expect from internshipTo work closely with the Access Partners and assist in the development of high quality HTAs for submission to the NCPEWorking as part of the Pipeline Team to assess new assets prior to launch decisions in IrelandDeveloping Budget Impact models for input into the HTA submission as requiredExtraction and analysis of data from Market Insights Data and other sources to supplement cost-effectiveness modelsTo assist in the write up of HTAs, with a particular focus on the economic sections and model descriptionSupporting in the completion of systematic literature reviews for ongoing submissions.To assist on system shaping projects in areas such as strategic pricing, value based healthcare and personalised healthcareThe opportunity to work with agile, cross-functional project teams working to deliver value to patients and healthcare providersWho we areAt Roche, more than 100,000 people across 100 countries are pushing back the frontiers of healthcare.
