Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the daily running of the kitchen Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff during service Ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes Maintain kitchen hygiene and comply with all food safety regulations Assist with menu planning, stock control, and ordering when required Help manage kitchen operations and ensure smooth service during busy periods Ensure consistency and attention to detail in all dishes served Requirements: Previous experience as a Junior Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up Strong leadership and organizational skills Creative and passionate about producing high-quality food Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Solid understanding of HACCP and food safety regulations Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Location: Co
