Mount Juliet Estate, a Marriott Autograph Collection Property and certified Great Place to Work, has a fantastic vacancy for a Seasonal Golf Retail Assistant to join our exceptional award-winning Golf team.
This role assists in overseeing all aspects of Golf Shop operations.
Key Duties And Responsibilities:
* Advising & serving customers.
* Processing payments.
* Assisting customers in order to help them find what they need.
* Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
* Upselling Golf Shop promotions.
* Providing customers with information on pricing and product availability.
* Keeping the Golf shop area clean and tidy at all times.
* Undertaking general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing.
* Ensuring that all reservations and cancellations are processed efficiently.
* Reporting any maintenance, breakage, or cleanliness problems to the relevant manager.
* Demonstrating good administrative skills and the ability to use email.
* Exhibiting good team working skills.
* Maintaining a friendly and welcoming approach.
Required:
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner.
* High standards of dress and presentation.
* Fluent level of English and eligibility to work in Ireland.
