Available Locations:
Choose from 28 locations across Ireland, including Dublin, Waterford, Kilkenny, and Cork.
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Work Schedule: Day and night shifts, flexibility required
Salary Range: €13.50 - €14.50 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications and Skills:
* Healthcare/social care qualification or relevant experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to follow instructions and procedures
* Capacity to work in a team but use your own initiative
* Professional, caring, and kind nature
General Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality person-centred care according to residents' care plans
* Getting to know residents’ interests and needs, providing attention, support, and companionship
* Promoting the mobility of residents, supervising and assisting as necessary to ensure optimum mobility is maintained and improved where possible
* Enabling and assisting residents to maintain their personal appearance/hygiene needs while always maintaining their dignity
* Enabling and assisting residents to eat/drink and achieve physical comfort
* Participating, organising, and carrying out social activities
* Sustaining a high level of communication between residents’ families and staff developing good relationships
* Adhering to relevant policies and procedures at all times
