Campaign ManagementInterim Development ManagementData AnalyticsThe Opportunity Working with clients throughout Ireland and Europe more widely, you will plan, manage, and implement programmes and initiatives that achieve fundraising goals and mission impact.
Candidates with an interest in philanthropy and fundraising experience or transferable skills in consulting, communications, marketing, and strategic planning are of great interest.
Successfully lead and manage projects from inception to conclusionApply critical and strategic thinking to quickly identify the crux of a problem, question, or issueCommunicate clearly, concisely, and logically both verbally and in writingThrive in a mission-oriented environment and be motivated by the idea of working across philanthropic sectorsProjects may include: Developing work plans and materials for campaign planning studies and development assessmentsConducting analysis of clients through review of fundraising performance and interviews with organisation's executives, volunteer leaders, and donorsPreparing fundraising campaign materials, including strategic plans, operating materials, case statements, and major gift proposalsCrafting individual cultivation, gift requests, and stewardship strategiesWriting and delivering high-impact presentations and materialsExcellent quantitative analytical skillsKeen business sense demonstrated in either a professional or academic environmentExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with all levels of staff, volunteers, donors, and prospective donorsOutstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyGreat storytelling skills and strong public speaking skillsComputer proficiencyAbility to temporarily relocate and/or travel to client sitesPlease note excellent attention to detail is required and written assessments will form part of the selection process.
