This is an exciting opportunity to become part of our Dublin hotel group as we prepare for the opening of our second hotel. The Cluster Sales Manager is a client-facing role responsible for sales and events, targeting new accounts and maintaining existing relationships in local and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive new accounts in the local area for accommodation, events, and F&B areas.
* Evaluate and manage LCR and RFP account targeting for existing and future years to ensure alignment with company goals.
* Manage leisure market agents, contracting them for current and future years, setting rates in line with company targets.
* Analyse monthly reporting with the hotel team to identify non-performing accounts and opportunities for growth.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in hotel/hospitality or tourism-related industries. We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who can think creatively and outside the box.
