Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially astute Commercial Sales Executive to spearhead our sales operations across Ireland, with a primary focus on the east coast, particularly in Dublin.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets, focusing on high-value opportunities across Ireland, with a strong emphasis on the Dublin area.
* Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture relationships with key industry players, including architects, designers, contractors, and developers, ensuring ongoing business development and repeat opportunities.
* Leverage Existing Network: Utilise your established network of industry contacts and relationships to drive immediate sales conversations, building on your knowledge of active and upcoming projects.
* Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming developments within the construction, design, and architectural sectors.
* Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work alongside the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with market demands and client expectations.
* Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, report key metrics to senior management, and offer insights into market opportunities and challenges.
* Industry Representation: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build the brand's presence and establish valuable connections.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven success in sales, with a background in kitchen, stone, or construction-related sales.
* Industry Network: Strong network of established industry contacts across the architectural, design, and construction sectors, particularly within Dublin and the east coast of Ireland.
* Commercial Acumen: A deep understanding of market trends, sales cycles, and client needs within the construction, specification, and design sectors.
Skills:
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to take ownership and drive results independently.
* Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
* Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
