Role SummaryAs our Senior Brand Manager you will report into the Director of Marketing and work across both of our brands - Fenero Taxation Services and Fenero Financial Advisors. The role will be varied and will suit a quick learner who is comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment. Our company is entering an exciting growth phase and the successful candidate will have an opportunity to make a significant impact with their experience and can-do approach. Whilst the digital channel will be a key focus area for both brands, having omni-channel experience will be important too. The Marketing team is small and ambitious and needs someone passionate who can roll up their sleeves to drive impact. Given the remote-first nature of the business, the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working mostly remotely with daily online interactions and face-to-face meetings as required.Your Day to DayModel and reinforce a dedication to our purpose, mission and values.Champion customer-centricity at every touch point.Collaborate and build strong relationships with internal teams, external agencies and partners.Get the basics right - ensure all communications, websites, social channels and content are up to date and on-brand.Work closely with agencies to create content that is customer-centric and impactful to drive growth.Implement high-impact campaigns with a digital-first mindset (think social media, digital advertising etc).Be the voice of the brands internally and externally.Develop and produce branded materials as needed.Consistently analyse and report on all KPIs to track performance.Manage social media channels.Create monthly content calendars.Your knowledge, experience, and attributes:5+ years experience in brand management, ideally in financial services or fintech.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, business, business administration or a related field.Multi-channel brand management experience with a focus on digital.A proven track record of leading digital marketing initiatives that deliver measurable results.Advanced proficiency in G4A, social media analytics and managing social media channels.Results driven with a hunger to learn and develop.A team player who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first and entrepreneurial environment.Staying ahead of Industry trends and innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines without dropping the ball.Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to interact with people across the business and external agencies/suppliers.Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.Equal OpportunitiesAt Fenero, we are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
