Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 0-4 years of experience, who is passionate about connecting people with opportunities and has a strong sense of resilience and adaptability. You will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding talent to support Zinkworks’ growth. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
* Utilize platforms such as Notion and TeamTailor for recruitment activities, ensuring up-to-date tracking of candidate progress.
* Headhunting Candidates and developing talent pipelines using souring tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
* Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and fit with company culture.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific team needs and align on recruitment priorities.
* Maintain and update recruitment data and documents within the MS Office suite and other relevant tools.
* Provide administrative support across the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
* Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to help build Zinkworks’ brand and attract talent.
Required Skills and Experience
* 1-4 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or administrative role.
* Experience with Notion or TeamTailor is a strong advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Strong administrative and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
* A resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
