Agri Automate, a new DeLaval dealer based in the Midlands of Ireland, is looking for a Service Technician to deliver top-tier service and support for milking systems in the West of Ireland. We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team and service DeLaval Voluntary Milking Systems. You will play a key role in building customer trust through your knowledge and skills, responding to customer needs, and collaborating with other team members to ensure a superior customer experience. Ideally located in or near County Laois or County Offaly, but we encourage applicants from surrounding areas. Occasional travel outside of the area may be required to support colleagues in other regions. Responsibilities: Perform service and maintenance on milking systems, ensuring the highest quality and performance. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any technical issues. Work closely with colleagues to support customers effectively. Manage your own workload and prioritize tasks independently while staying flexible to customer needs. Provide a seamless experience to both prospective and existing customers. Be a part of the on call rota to provide after-hours support to our customers Required Qualifications and Skills Trade Qualification, Ideally electrical or mechanical. Experience in service work. Preferably within the agricultural sector, but not essential. Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Technical and mechanical knowledge, with a passion for the agricultural industry. Interest in animal welfare and milk production. What are we looking for?
