This role is ideal for a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical capabilities:
* ACA or CFA qualified with 2–4 years post-qualification experience
* Previous exposure to M&A transactions, ideally in the healthcare or related sectors
* Strong financial analysis, modelling, and presentation skills
* A proactive, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
Role and Reporting Lines
This role reports into senior leadership and will work closely with C-suite stakeholders across the group. Responsibilities include:
* Identify and assess M&A opportunities aligned to strategic goals
* Conduct industry and company-specific research and benchmarking
* Support deal structuring, negotiation, and execution end-to-end
* Perform valuation modelling and support due diligence processes
* Work with internal teams and external advisors on transactions
* Ensure transactions progress efficiently from initial contact to close
* Bring a strategic lens to evaluating acquisition targets
* Contribute to transition planning and integration support post-acquisition
