The Opportunity: We are currently looking for a Geospatial Surveyor to join our Digital Engineering department on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience surveying and a keen interest in building their career in the geospatial industry whilst being involved in some of the most prestigious projects in Ireland with the potential to work on business critical projects across Europe.
The successful applicant will be reporting to the Operations Manager and will be based out of our Dublin office.
What will I be doing in my new role? Site Capture using a range of Laser Scanners – TLS & SLAM MethodologyRegistration & Publishing of Point Clouds using multiple SoftwareMeshing Point Clouds and Photogrammetry InputsInstallation and Adjustment of Datum NetworksInputting into innovation and company workflowsAdopting the company's Geospatial workflows & standardsSupporting the BIM teamActing as Lead Surveyor on ProjectsDelivering projects on time, within budget, to the required quality and within a safe manner.Understanding and supporting the requirements of the Health & Safety and Environmental Policies and Management Systems and identify nonconformities.Requirements of the role: Have a relevant degree qualification (Surveying, Geomatics or similar) and at least 3 years of experienceAbility to test and learn new softwarePossess a full, clean Irish/EU driving License.Good understanding of BIM and ISO19650 Principles (desirable)Programming Skills (desirable)Possess Chartered surveyor status or professional membership of surveying bodies (desirable).What key attributes do I need?
