CPL Healthcare is delighted to announce we are now accepting CVs for the role of Careers and Employment Coordinator with our client in a disability service, in Carrick-on-Suir.
Successful candidate will lead a team of program facilitators to provide a quality service that responds to the specific vocational earning and employment needs and priorities of the individuals supported by our client. A key focus will be on using a person-centred approach in line with New Directions to develop a supported employment model.
This is a 5-year fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will have:
• QQI Level 8, Bachelor of Arts Qualifications in Education, Social Care Studies, Applied Social Care Studies or Teaching or Post Graduate Qualification in Education or Training.
• A good knowledge of the New Directions standards. Participate in the implementation and development of these standards through local team meetings.
• At least 2 years experience, a period of which should be in a Leadership role working with teams to support adults with intellectual disabilities or Autism.
