We are seeking an Italian Sales Representative to join a dynamic new project. In this role, you will identify and onboard hosts for our client’s expanding platform. Ideal candidates will bring extensive knowledge of the client’s platform along with exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment, sales, or partnership development who is also passionate about the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
* Conduct research to identify potential co-hosts for our client’s properties.
* Initiate outreach via email, phone, or social media to engage with prospective hosts.
* Facilitate initial discussions to assess interest and suitability.
* Oversee ongoing communication, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
* Collaborate with the onboarding team to support training and integration.
* Maintain an up-to-date database of potential and current co-hosts.
* Respond to inquiries from potential hosts and monitor recruitment pipelines.
* Work closely with the marketing team to craft effective outreach strategies.
* Provide regular reports and updates on progress and results.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership management.
* Proficiency in Italian at C1 level or above.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to identify and research potential hosts effectively.
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
