Your Role:
As Production Manager, you will be at the helm of our production operations, ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You will be responsible for:
* Overseeing daily production planning and resource allocation.
* Ensuring adequate stock levels and procurement of necessary materials.
* Managing equipment selection, maintenance, and repairs to minimize downtime.
* Implementing quality control measures and optimizing productivity.
* Monitoring production schedules and making real-time adjustments.
* Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline operations.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Leading, mentoring, and evaluating the production team to drive performance.
