Job Description: Healthcare Assistant Part-time and Full-time needed in the Cavan Area to assist clients to remain safely and happily in their own homes. This is a fabulous opportunity to work with a company that highly values its staff.
Responsibilities Of The Role
* Provide high standards of emotional, social and personal care to clients.
* Adhere to all of Comfort Care Ltd policies.
* Accurate record-keeping.
* Continuous training and upskilling applicable to the role.
* Implement the client's care plan.
* Provide practical and emotional support to clients in a professional manner.
The Successful Candidate Must
* QQI level 5 - Care skills and Care of the Elderly.
* Be fully reliable/dependable.
* Full clean driver's license and use of vehicle.
* Be flexible and have a can-do attitude.
* Have a caring and kind disposition providing a person-centered approach to the client.
* Good communication skills and practical skills.
* Some experience and training is desirable.
* Weekend and evening work required.
