Job Title: Deputy General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Deputy General Manager to join our clients' hotel team in Tralee, County Kerry.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing hotel operations effectively. This includes overseeing daily activities, ensuring smooth hotel operations, and maintaining excellent communication with departmental managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel management in a busy 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
* Hospitality qualification is considered an advantage.
* Closely work with departmental managers to ensure seamless hotel operations.
* Excellent communication, leadership, organization, and time management skills.
* Presentation matters: maintain a well-groomed appearance and welcoming manner to enhance the guest/customer experience.
* Familiarity with financial aspects of hotel operations is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRMS is required.
What We Offer:
* A competitive salary between €45,000 – €55,000, dependent on experience.
