Job Description:
At IPS, you will apply your knowledge, skills, and passion to make a difference in the lives of people, solving complex challenges related to pharmaceutical, biotech, and animal health research and manufacturing facilities. We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our team located in Dublin office.
Position Responsibilities
1. Collaborates with Division Leaders and hiring managers to identify project needs and desired qualifications for staff.
2. Plans and implements recruiting programs based on qualifications and job descriptions for anticipated vacancies.
3. Publicises recruitment efforts in appropriate and relevant places that may include online sources such as LinkedIn, and educational and professional journals and publications.
4. Manages correspondence and relationships with college placement officers, engineering professors, and professional employment services.
5. Reviews resumes, verifies academic records and previous work experience, and conducts interviews or identifies the appropriate staff or agency to conduct these tasks.
6. Schedules and arranges for promising candidates to visit the company and interview with department managers and supervisors.
7. Provides salary range guidance based on current, competitive compensation levels in the area.

Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in relevant background, which may include engineering or human resources, business administration, or similar disciplines.
2. 5+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate recruiting environment.
3. Experience with an ATS, applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS.
4. Strong ability to network, using various tools such as LinkedIn, etc.
5. Travel required, up to 10% to attend networking or career events.
6. Will work in office environments, may attend meetings on and off-site, and might tour project areas while escorted by the client or IPS Supervisors for observation purposes.
7. Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in recruiting for an engineering firm.
