Project Manager, ERP, Contract
Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Contract: 12 months initially
My client is growing quickly and has several exciting projects that are transforming businesses across Ireland. We are looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and deliver a very interesting ERP implementation project.
About You:
1. 5-7 years of proven experience managing complex ERP implementation and business change projects.
2. Relevant 3rd level degree qualification and experience.
3. Ability to manage multiple ERP projects simultaneously and ensure alignment between linking projects.
4. Strong understanding of project decomposition into achievable tasks and goals.
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to build relationships at the C-level.
6. Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
7. Skilled in the creation of project documentation.
8. Appropriate PM certifications (PMP, Prince2).
9. Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the full ERP implementation lifecycle - from planning to go-live and post-go-live support.
2. Project delivery across ERP software development, systems integration, migrations, and IT services.
3. Budget management, including forecasts, expenses, subcontractors, and training.
4. Team leadership - including motivation, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
5. Stakeholder engagement - clear communication, expectation management, and issue resolution.
6. Strong hands-on project planning, risk management, and problem-solving.
7. Applying formal project methodologies (PMI, Prince2, Agile, etc.).
