Job Summary:
Our client is a Cork-based legal firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Receptionist/Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both physical and digital
* Administer Case Management Systems and perform audio-typing tasks as required
* Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems
* Audio-typing experience and familiarity with dictation software
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
