The company operates a broad range of product categories across stores nationwide and has a strong online presence both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a successful Ecommerce strategy, driving online sales targets, increasing profitability, and growing the online business.
Responsibility for week-by-week online sales performance for each brand category.
Utilize web analytics to gain insights and make data-driven decisions to support business growth and website performance.
Analyze online marketing performance and optimize website sales and margin based on findings.
Ensure consistent reviews and enhancements of website content and user experience to drive frequency of visits, effective product cross-selling, and increased basket size.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute strategic plans through content calendars, focusing on seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and key dates.
Oversee key Ecommerce projects, develop, lead, and coach the Ecommerce team, and manage annual and weekly promotional planning processes with the buying team.
Act as key contact for all technical issues related to the website and liaise accordingly with the website developer.
