All activity to be logged in CRM and Business Management systemIdentify and manage leads from multiple sourcesEnsure project deliverables are met by closely monitoring/liaising with production team and suppliersUnderstand customer needs and advise of other products and services which could suit their current or future needsDrive long term growth by building strong relationships with team and customersPlace a high priority on delivering quality results, go above and beyond client expectationsAddress any customer issues in a timely and professional manner. All customer issues to be logged on our CRM system once identified and updated until closedEncourage a positive working environment and promote open communication and engagement. Excellent communication skills, professional phone manner and customer focus are essentialStrong understanding and ability to ensure standards and processes of Quality (ISO standard), Health, Safety and Environment are upheldProficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites, Data extraction and ability to run reports as requiredA strong educational background, fluent in English and a clean driving license.
