About Your New Job
Business Development Manager Role
As Business Development Manager, you will develop and execute a strategic plan to grow the EV charging solutions market, focusing on the leasing sector across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
* Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline building to closing deals, while positioning the company as a trusted partner in the EV charging space.
This is an individual contributor role offering high levels of responsibility and autonomy, ideal for driven professionals eager to make a tangible impact.
What We're Looking For
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking candidates with:
* At least 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of building out territories and developing new business.
* Strong knowledge of the Irish market, with expertise in working with leasing companies or within related sectors.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
