Job Title: Account Development Representative
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work Model: Hybrid (at least 3 days per week at the office after training)

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop proactive outreach strategies based on market trends, customer needs, and industry challenges.
* Engage with potential clients through various communication channels.
* BUILD AND NURTURE STRONG, LONG-TERM RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
* Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients.
* Assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
* Identify and actively pursue new business prospects in the marketplace.
* FACILITATE MEETINGS AND CALLS BETWEEN PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS AND THE SALES TEAM.
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs.
* Design, present, and execute market campaigns, while reporting results to internal teams.
* Stay informed about client products and services, maintaining up-to-date knowledge.

Requirements:
* NATIVE OR FLUENT IN FRENCH (C1 LEVEL), AND ENGLISH WITH STRONG PROFICIENCY IN BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN COMMUNICATION.
* Highly driven with a passion for sales and developing as a sales professional.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Track record of achieving sales quotas.
* Experience in Business Development or sales, preferably within the SaaS industry.
* Strong sales skills with a solutions-focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach.IO, and other sales technologies is preferred.
* Technologically adept with a keen interest in technology, and the ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate complex tech concepts.
* Demonstrated ability to independently prospect leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
