As a Site Manager your responsibilities will include:
1. Coordinating and supervising all site construction activities to ensure seamless project delivery.
2. Maintaining an accurate and detailed site diary using Procore – including workforce levels for each sub-contractor and comprehensive records of site activities (Training will be provided if required).
3. Managing and adhering to project timelines and schedules to keep progress on track.
4. Overseeing projects from plastering/skimming through to 3rd fix, snagging and final completion.
5. Leading and coordinating site staff and subcontractors to achieve project goals efficiently.
6. Ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
Qualifications, skills & experience:
1. Ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
2. Site supervision experience with a trades background (i.e. carpentry).
3. Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
4. Knowledge of the latest building regulations and certification standards.
5. Previous experience as finishing foreman on commercial/residential sites.
6. Ability to drive projects and work within strict deadlines.
7. Excellent understanding of Health & Safety requirements within Irish construction sites.
8. 3 years+ experience as a site foreman.
