Overview
Our client, based in Limerick city centre, is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their company on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Who we are seeking
1. Possess at least 6 months experience within an Accounts environment
2. Good IT Skills (e.g. Excel, Sage etc)
Overview of the responsibilities
1. Responsible for the coding and posting of purchase invoices & expenses
2. Responsible for the timely reconciliation of key supplier accounts & bank accounts
3. Preparation of weekly and monthly analysis of key accounts
4. Other ad hoc duties as required
