Responsibilities:
* Establish and nurture strong long-term relationships with client companies and key personnel.
* Understand client business specifics and operations.
* Collaborate with VRP teams and client key personnel to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
* Create account development plans and strategies.
* Ensure general client satisfaction and growth in close collaboration with VRP production teams.
* Resolve ongoing issues and problems.
* Conduct and coordinate sales and pre-sales activities, including pitching and proposal creation to support account development plans and strategies.
* Be responsible for profitability and financial efficiency on assigned accounts.
