Legal & Compliance Administrator – Shannon (Hybrid)
A leading global aviation leasing company is seeking a Legal & Compliance Administrator to support its legal team. This role involves managing legal documentation, assisting with compliance processes, and providing administrative support to legal, company secretarial, and insurance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and organise legal documents, contracts, and transaction files.
Support compliance functions, including KYC due diligence and policy management.
Assist with legal reporting, database management, and general administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Qualification in Business, Compliance, or Law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM/cloud-based systems is a plus.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
