Job description: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to be part of an agile automation team. You will be responsible for managing a team of Business Analysts focusing on building our roadmap and delivering robust automations. Our aim is to radically improve how our teams operate, delivering faster, more efficient and higher quality processes to our customers and employees. What youll do Responsible for supporting projects prioritisation, management, coaching, and mentoring of a small team of more junior Business Analysts. Responsible of having documents for all process requirements and flow prior and after automation using standardise documents Responsible for all stakeholders being well informed of the status of development requirements and scope Participates on sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment Constantly liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideas Required profile: How youll do it Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, drive for simplicity and clarity along with excellent organisational skills and time management Automation experience, processes and tools Keen to have a deeper understanding on all processes and to improve the cohesion between the teams Plan effectively and efficiently, with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure Resiliency: be able to push forward when things are changing or not going as expected.
