Links Childcare is offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join our dynamic Head Office team. This key role will involve providing essential HR support across a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and general HR administration. You will be integral to managing the increased recruitment volume and supporting the growth of our 14 childcare centres across Dublin.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide HR support across a range of areas, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
* Support the recruitment process for childcare staff through direct advertising, job boards, social media, and referrals
* Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews
* Prepare and issue offer letters to successful candidates
* Collect and organize all necessary documentation for new hires
* Provide a first-class service to candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process
* Assist with new staff onboarding, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed promptly
* Support the expansion of recruitment operations to ensure we meet the growing staffing needs of our centres
* Ensure timely recruitment to maintain staffing levels across all creches
* Liaise with the recruitment team to ensure the allocation of new staff to appropriate creche locations
* Assist with various employee relations matters, providing general HR support to staff
Requirements for the Role:
* Relevant HR qualification, ideally a Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8) in Human Resources or a related field
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to communicate effectively via email, phone, and face-to-face
* Positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
* Strong IT skills, specifically in Excel and other HR-related software
* Applicants must have fluent English
* Relevant experience in a similar HR role
* Fluency in Spanish is advantageous
