Ayrton Group are seeking a Commute Coordinator to join our client, a large tech organisation, on a part-time basis at their Cork facility.
The Commute Coordinator is the culmination of all the skills and resources of a business administrator background with additional sustainable transport knowledge. This role involves managing multiple tasks critical to commute program both within Cork and the EMEA region including, corporate compliance, promotion of sustainable transportation and general operation administration.
This is a 12 month contract role, working Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday weekly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with day to day commute operations in Cork, ensuring open issues are dealt with in a timely manner.
* Support the company internal shuttle scheme, bike, carpooling and EV charging program at their Cork campus.
* Support the local commute manager with any ad hoc requests.
* Provide on-site support for the company Commute Hub at their Cork campus.
* Promote the use of sustainable transportation measure onsite.
* Liaise with internal business units and service providers where required.
* Handle enquiries regarding commute related site services.
* Build effective working relationships with customers, colleagues, and service partners.
* Administration of Commute tools, process, records and policies.
* Identify and develop opportunities for continuous operations improvement.
* Perform other functional duties as directed.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
* Recognised qualification in related field e.g. Administration, Planning, Environment, Marketing etc.
* Understands the business of sustainable transportation.
* Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
* Ability to connect with employees and key stakeholders.
* Verbal and written English.
* Proficient in using Keynote, Pages, Numbers and / or MS Office.
* Passionate about customer service and end-user experience.
* Self-starter and capable individual contributor.
