You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to help drive marketing initiatives and grow with the brand.Role DescriptionDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including ad campaigns, social media, and email marketing.Manage B2B marketing initiatives, fostering relationships with corporate clients, and driving corporate sales.Lead product development from ideation to release, including new product research, strategising, and planning.Collaborate on brainstorming sessions for creative content, including ad design, social media posts, and product design.Effectively navigate and utilise CRM systems, including Smarketing Cloud and Shopify, for customer relationship management and data-driven decision-making.Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns ensuring optimal engagement and conversion rates.Implement comprehensive social media strategies using tools like META Business Suite, Canva, Shopify Social Media across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Manage and update the website content seamlessly through the Shopify CMS, ensuring a user-friendly and visually appealing online presence.Monitor and manage feedback and reviews through platforms such as Survey Monkey, Google Forms, and Trustpilot, ensuring positive brand representation and addressing customer concerns.Role RequirementsMinimum 2+ years previous experience in a similar role within eCommerce.Marketing degree or equivalent.In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and campaign development.Knowledge and experience navigating META Business suite, Google Ads Manager, Klaviyo (or similar email marketing platform), Canva, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn.Ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions using Excel, Google Analytics, and Shopify Analytics.
