Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Accounting and Finance team.
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Finance and work closely with senior financial stakeholders in a people-focused environment.
* Process and manage customer collections to ensure all accounts are up to date and reconciled
* Prepare and process customer payments
* Perform regular account reconciliations
* Assist with month-end close procedures
* Report on KPIs and key deliverables
* Manage supplier invoice entry and supplier/bank reconciliations
Key Skills:
* 2+ years experience in a similar role
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise workload and work as part of a team
* Strong communication skills
