The PFH Technology Group is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Helpdesk Team in Little Island, Co. Cork.

Job Summary:
">
* To provide premium quality phone, email, and remote support for customer servers to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
* Log calls (tickets) and keep records of customer queries.
* Analyse call logs to spot common trends and underlying problems.
* Update helpdesk documentation to ensure support information is available and current for each customer.
* Test and fix faulty equipment.
* Perform PC builds and installations.
* Execute any assigned activities.
* Communicate activity updates to the Service Delivery Manager and fellow Managed Services team members.

Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers.
* Understanding of business impact of ICT systems and devices.
* Able to follow through and close out all issues to customer satisfaction.
* Able to assess each user's IT knowledge levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and think logically.
