Job Title: HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to take on a lead HR role. Our client, a major player in the engineering & construction sector, is expanding and requires a skilled individual to cover a broad range of HR duties.
About the Role:
* Covering a broad range of HR duties, including employee engagement, query resolution, implementing new HR processes, recruitment, training programs, and supporting departmental managers.
* Taking ownership of HR budgets and overseeing strategic HR needs.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Third-level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline.
* 4-5+ years' experience in a HR Manager or senior HR BP/Generalist role.
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
* Must have a full driving license and own car.
The Offer:
A competitive salary of €65,000 - €75,000 per annum, with excellent scope for further growth and development. This is a fully office-based role with no option for hybrid or remote work. Candidates holding restricted visas or work permits will not be considered.
