What You’ll Be Doing
As a Service Engineer, you'll report to the Head of Service Operations and play a crucial role in our Service Execution team. Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Technical Ownership: Define execution plans and resource needs, align technical scope with customers, coordinate interventions, and ensure comprehensive service reporting.
2. Order Execution: Manage service orders from sales hand-over to final customer acceptance.
3. Maintenance Operations: Perform mechanical and hydraulic maintenance on both SPX Flow and non-SPX Flow equipment.
Next to these main responsibilities, you will also care for:
1. Risk Management: Handle risks and opportunities, quality control, and procedures.
2. Collaboration: Work with other functions like Installation, Automation, and Engineering for resolutions.
3. Compliance: Adhere to all relevant SPX Flow policies, including business ethics, data protection, and health & safety.
4. Service Excellence: Ensure a top-notch customer experience and positive satisfaction scores.
What Do You Need to Be Successful?
Skills/Experience:
1. Experience with Siemens PLC/Scada
2. Mechanical & Electrical, Mechatronic or Technical Process related background
3. Food & beverage industry experience
4. Driving license
5. Process knowledge of milk and butter environments
Soft Skills:
1. Precise and punctual work ethic
2. Analytical skills for problem-solving
3. Good understanding of SPX Flow equipment and processes or the ability to learn.
4. Positive thinker with a solution-oriented approach
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
