Job Title: Office Administrator Part time Contract Location: Deansgrange, South Dublin Salary: €DOE Working Days: 3-4 days per week Role: RecruitmentPlus is recruiting for an Office Administrator to join their team based in Deansgrange,South Dublin.
Responsibilities: Assisting the Manager/ Consultants in the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Handling general inquiries from candidates.
Taking incoming calls and directing these to the appropriate person.
Assisting with all areas administration.
Coordinating the administration of applications and shortlisting of CV's Advertising jobs for consultants Formatting documentation Maintaining administrative systems Assisting with the organisation, maintenance and filing of documents Any other duties as required Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administration role Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages, i.e.
Word, Excel and Outlook and Google packages.
Strong organisational, administrative and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with staff in a cooperative and facilitative way Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.
Excellent attention to detail Ability to work on own initiative This is a very varied and interesting role!
