We are presently recruiting for a HR Business Partner for our clients in Tralee, County Kerry. Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as the first point of contact with department heads and ensure that all HR strategies align with business goals. You will further develop and monitor KPIs, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with legislation, foster already strong union relations, and implement HR solutions to support organisational growth. This is a full-time position, based on-site in Tralee, County Kerry.
Responsibilities:
* Strategically align HR initiatives with business objectives.
* Develop and monitor KPIs to enhance productivity and engagement.
* Conduct thorough investigations to resolve complex employee relations issues.
* Ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.
* Foster constructive labour relations in a unionised environment.
* Facilitate negotiations and conflict resolution.
* Lead talent management and organizational development initiatives.
* Implement strategic HR solutions to support business growth.
* Collaborate with leadership to drive employee satisfaction and performance.
* Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Proven experience in a unionized environment is essential.
The Person:
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar setting.
* Degree holder, specifically in Human Resource Management.
* CIPD qualification highly beneficial.
* Excellent interpersonal and IT skills.
