Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Accounts Administrator to join our team at our onsite facility in the Longford area. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales invoices, inputting bank receipts and reconciliations, and maintaining credit control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Sales invoices
* Input bank receipts and bank reconciliations
* Process Customer statements and maintain credit control
* Process weekly and monthly payroll
* Maintain employment permit applications
* Maintain and monitor stock control of finished product
* Monitor stock system of raw material and produce reports
* Filing VAT/VIES/Intrastat returns
* Liaise with office manager to close month end accounts
Administration Tasks:
* General Administration duties
* Answer company telephone
* Responding to emails
* Deal with visitors in a polite and friendly manner
Requirements:
* 2-3 years experience in a similar position
* Proficient in IT - Excel, Word & Outlook
