Job Title: Design Engineer
A talented Design Engineer is required to join our R&D team at the JFC Group, where they will be involved in designing and developing products across various sectors.
* Project manage new product development and upgrades of existing products.
* Develop product designs based on technical specifications.
* Create rotational mould tool designs.
* Implement design for manufacture and assembly techniques.
* Conduct technical reviews and participate in code inspections.
* Prepare product specification sheets, bills of materials, and marketing literature.
* Document designs and specifications according to ISO 9001:2015 QMS and CE Marking EN1090.
* Perform product testing to verify design.
* Evaluate designs against national and international legislation.
* Collaborate with suppliers to reduce costs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
* 2-3 years of experience.
* Results-driven individual with a proven track record.
* Familiarity with quality management systems, ISO 9001:2015, and CE Marking EN1090.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Commercial awareness.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
* Ability to interpret technical drawings.
* Proficient in 3D CAD and PTC Creo.
* Effective technical report writing skills.
* Maintain attention to detail and quality under tight deadlines.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
