Job Title: Electrical Contracts Manager
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join our major projects department in Belfast.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects and contractual requirements are delivered on time and within budget. This will involve procurement of relevant plant, materials and subcontractor packages, staff management, control of labour and their coordination, meeting with clients, and liaison with clients and contractors on project delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure projects and contractual requirements are delivered on time and within budget.
* Procure relevant plant, materials and subcontractor packages.
* Responsible for the project team, staff management, control of labour and their coordination.
* Meet with clients on a regular basis.
* Liaise with the client and contractor on project delivery.
* Order and manage products/machinery for site.
Requirements:
* Clean driving license.
* Electrical Engineering degree or other relevant qualification.
* PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Health and Safety Knowledge.
* Attention to detail.
* Able to multitask and work under pressure.
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Self-motivated, with a 'can-do' approach to work and willingness to learn and assist.
* Organised and disciplined in your planning and approach to work.
* Work well and confidently as part of a team in a busy environment.
