FRS Recruitment is partnering with a leading Agri/DIY Retailer to fill the position of "Retail Branch Manager" in Limerick. As a customer-focused leader, you will drive your team to meet agreed objectives and support the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and analyse sales performance across departments to ensure store targets and key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
* Lead a motivated team, including the Assistant Manager, Agri Manager, sales, and yard staff, ensuring they are fully trained, competent, and developed in their roles.
* Maintain a safety-first culture, identify and resolve safety hazards, and observe site safety governance.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences consistently in line with business requirements.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, legislative requirements, and audit standards.
* Oversee business administration, including stock management, cash control, wage costs, budgets, and profit and loss.
Requirements
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
* Proven ability to lead teams and achieve results through collaboration and employee engagement.
* Experience in Agri and Hardware retailing, preferably with previous people management experience.
* Strong knowledge of relevant product categories and proven track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
* Commercial awareness, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills with attention to detail.
