Job: Graduate Electronic Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Engineer with expertise in digital and analog electronics to join our team.
The role involves supporting component replacement projects, refining existing designs, and contributing to the lifecycle management of advanced medical devices.
You will work on new design concepts, ensure seamless manufacturing transitions, and collaborate on compliance and quality initiatives to uphold industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and validate replacement components for critical medical device product lifecycle management (LCM).
* Support compliance and audit projects related to electro-mechanical systems and assemblies.
* Create and maintain test specifications, work instructions, and related documentation for sub-assemblies and products.
* Design, develop, and document test equipment and fixtures, ensuring safety compliance and training users.
* Perform root cause analysis, debugging, and provide technical support for manufacturing and customer concerns.
* Collaborate with product development teams to integrate Design for Test (DFT) features early in the design process.
* Implement process improvements and technology updates in manufacturing workflows.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and product standards.
* Provide technical expertise during audits and inspections, including presenting data as needed.
Requirements:
* Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field (Level 8 or higher).
* Strong knowledge of PCB design and review processes.
* Experience with electronic and electro-mechanical systems design, troubleshooting, and testing.
* Proficiency in both analog and digital electronics.
* Familiarity with hardware and software systems, including Windows-based tools.
* Strong problem-solving skills and an innovative approach to product and process improvements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical documentation.
