Red Chair Recruitment are presently recruiting for an Office Administrator for one of our clients, a well-known company based in Killarney, Co. Kerry.
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage the front desk phone operations efficiently while also ensuring the proper organization and control of all incoming and outgoing documents within the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and the capacity to maintain confidentiality. The successful candidate will be required to have excellent communication and customer service skills as this company has a large list of long-standing clients.
Requirements:
* 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
* An Office Administration qualification would be advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent IT Skills - Knowledge of Procure Wizard would be advantageous.
Package On Offer:
* A competitive salary is on offer depending on qualifications and experiences.
* Working hours of Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with availability to work 1 Saturday in a month.
* Additional compensation and benefits package to be discussed at interview stage.
