Job Title: Trainee Commercial Account Handler
This is a full-time, permanent position in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service inbound and outbound telephone calls from new and existing customers.
* Match customers to insurance policies that best meet their needs while driving revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
* Administer insurance policies, adhering to compliance regulations.
Typical Duties:
* Provide property, let, unoccupied, holiday home, and other insurance quotations via telephone and online.
* Maintain and retain existing business.
* Maximise sales, sell optional extras, and set up finance agreements.
* Build relationships with new customers, identify cross-sell opportunities, and generate business leads.
Requirements:
* 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including Maths & English).
* Cert CII qualified preferred but not essential.
* At least 18 months prior experience working in Financial Services, Banking, or Sales environments.
