About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of your own business (360) with a holistic and comprehensive approach to dealing with both clients and candidates.
In addition, you will be part of a close-knit, highly motivated and successful recruitment team that has developed an envious list of clients in the last number of years.
Growing and nurturing a strong talent pipeline within your candidate network using online branding and resourcing tools.
Working closely with your clients to develop a comprehensive understanding of their needs.
Consistently delivering outstanding service levels to both clients and candidates.
Working with both your candidates and clients to achieve successful placements.
Requirements
* No micromanagement required, full support from the business.
* Minimum 2 years' recruitment agency experience.
* An excellent communicator.
* A proven track-record of billing.
* Ability to work as part of a team & on own initiative.
* Highly ambitious & keen to help shape the future of Wallace Myers International.
* Looking to develop their long-term career prospects.
* Able to manage their time efficiently & be process driven.
