Description
As the leader of our EMEA team, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational direction to ensure customer-centric results and support business needs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to provide direction on operational processes, solve escalations, and identify opportunities to improve customer support, including hiring teams, recruiters, and candidates.
* Manage a team of coordinators in complex employment contract coordination at high volumes.
* Drive exceptional customer experiences through attention to detail and high standards of support for hiring teams and new hires.
* Cultivate strong partnerships with recruiting leadership to understand support needs of hiring teams and candidates.
* Coach and manage direct reports, aiding in their career development and growth.
* Inspire innovation and process improvement to elevate the support model.
* Foster global partnerships and alignment with peers to uphold global support standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in a Human Resources/Recruiting/Recruiting Operations/HR Customer Services management role in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Proven experience with HR and digital signature systems (Workday, ServiceNow, SilkRoad, DocuSign, etc.).
- Knowledge of employment law and complexities across different countries.
- Extensive experience in team management, coaching, and mentoring, supporting business transformation and personal development.
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-oriented, focusing on quality and coaching your team for continuous improvement.
