Supply Chain Coordinator - 12 months - Ballytivnan, Sligo
Located on the picturesque west coast of Ireland, our Global pharmaceutical client is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility. Responsibilities
1. Ensure all necessary Supply Chain SAP activities are implemented and effective to support current commercial and future new product introductions.
2. Administration of Purchase Requisitions for raw material and supply items.
3. Tracking of Purchase Orders to ensure on-time delivery of items on order and working directly with PSM on material supply.
4. Assist with Shop Floor Planning and production controls.
5. Opening/Maintaining of Commercial, Project and Engineering Process Orders.
6. Generation of supplier delivery schedules and maintaining visual boards.
7. Generation of material, production, shipping and inventory reports.
8. Generate weekly production schedule through maintenance of the perfect performance planning schedule.
Requirements
1. Third Level Qualification in relevant field (degree desirable) and/or minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supply chain function in a highly regulated environment.
2. APICs qualification an advantage.
3. Intimate knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel.
4. Advanced SAP/ERP knowledge and capability essential.
5. Experience of Supply Chain essential.
6. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and mental concentration, to ensure total compliance with manufacturing operating procedures at all times.

8. May be required to support Cross functional teams and cost improvement projects.
9. Expected to handle all day to day training, learning & development queries; if major problem can refer to Supply Chain Manager.
