Sales Advisor Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team.
* Provide exceptional service to customers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of store products.
* Identify selling opportunities and take action to maximize sales.
* Maintain high housekeeping standards within the store, adhering to Company guidelines.
* Ensure accurate stock control and merchandising, meeting Company expectations.
* Support with promotional setup and maintain a safe and secure store environment.
1. Customer Service: Maintain excellent relationships with customers, providing a high-quality service at all times.
2. Sales: Identify opportunities to increase sales, acting on these to meet targets.
3. Stock Control: Ensure accurate stock levels, controlling and merchandising according to Company standards.
4. Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, adhering to Company guidelines.
5. Health and Safety: Comply with all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent).
* Desirable qualifications include WSET Foundation Certificate.
* Three months' previous experience in a retail environment.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
* Able to actively sell to customers, demonstrating a personal drive and positive attitude.
* A good team player, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
